- How much does the service cost?

Price starts from 1 euro for 1 hours for the small locker. The big locker starts from 1,50 euro for 1 hours:

- Any additional hour costs 1 euro, for the small locker.

- Any additional hour for the big locker costs 1,50 euro.

You will be asked to pay the first hour to start using your locker and the balance for the remaining hours you used your box, when you will collect your luggage.

- Is it a safe place to store my luggage?

It is the safest place to store your stuff.  You store your bags personally into your locker and nobody but you, can open it thanks to the personal code system. All lockers are covered by insurance in case of damage.

- Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit and debit card. Our system accepts all main international cards. You can also pay with coins. Payment by smartphone is also accepted.

- What time can I store and collect my bags?

Our storage is open every day, 24 hours.

- Can I open the box after I stored my bags and closed the box?

Yes, you can open it again at anytime, using the code printed on the ticket.

- When do I have to pay?

You will be asked to pay the first hour to reserve your locker, open it and start using it. When you will collect your luggage, the system calculates the balance based on the number of hours you used the box. Once you have paid the balance, you can collect your luggage.

- How can I be sure nobody can open my box?

The code for opening the locker, is only printed on your ticket. For this reason we ask you to pay attention when choosing your code in order to be sure not to forget it.
